3. Bookings and availability

Bookings are subject to availability. We may update inventory, pricing, and availability at any time. When you submit a booking request, our team contacts you by email or phone to verify the details; your booking is confirmed — and a stroller reserved for your dates — only once we confirm it with you. Submitting a request on its own does not reserve any item.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown per day and may vary by date. Applicable taxes or fees are shown at checkout. Payment is made in cash on pickup; no online payment is required to place a booking request.

5. Security deposits

If a security deposit is required, it will be disclosed at checkout. Deposits are refundable after the item is returned in acceptable condition.

6. Pickup, return, and late fees

You are responsible for collecting and returning items at the times and locations selected. Late returns may incur additional fees. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your schedule.

7. Use and care of equipment

You agree to use the rented items safely and as intended. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Do not modify, repair, or attempt to sell rented items.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on timing and availability. Some fees may be non-refundable. Contact us for assistance and current policies.

9. Prohibited activities

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, interfere with site operation, or attempt to access systems without authorization.

10. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Rent a Stroller and may not be copied without permission.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold Rent a Stroller harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or misuse of rented items.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, unless otherwise required by law.
